The final report can be electronically mailed, exported and saved to a disk, faxed or printed. You may wish not to print the report until a later date, or better yet, not at all. As long as the data tables are backed up properly by your system administrator, you may never have to print the report.

Why not fax or email the report to the P.A.'s Office for warrant application and use their paper instead of yours?

Only the officer that wrote the report can edit the report. Once a supervisor electronically signs off on the report, it is locked and the record can not be edited by any of the system users.
